Hey Guys –
For the past few months, I’ve been on and off my “health kick.” I managed to lose a few pounds, but I gained them all back! Ugh! So frustrating. It is so hard for me to stay away from bread and sugary drinks. I have a gym membership at Anytime Fitness that I rarely use. I need to motivate myself to start back eating better and working out.
Some of my co-workers and I are trying to get our bodies together before the summer time. We want to be fine and ripped. We are checking in every Friday to check on our progress…we are holding each other accountable. #TeamMotivation
