So, as usual, I was checking my Twitter feed and stumbled across a tweet from the multi-talented, Viola Davis. She shared with her followers that she is a starring in and developing a biopic for activist, Harriet Tubman. The biopic is currently untitled. The movie is based on the book “Bound for the Promised Land: Harriet Tubman: Portrait of an American Hero” by Kate Clifford Larson.

Davis is executive producing the movie with husband, Julius Tennon (I love business partnerships in marriages) and a few other producers.
