Grammy award winner and R&B songstress, Mya, is back with a new album. The new album is titled, “Smoove Jones” from Mya’s independent label, “Planet 9.”
The anticipation was at an all time high, because “Miss Mya” has released two singles before the announcement of this recent project. I am sure they will be included on this album.

Inspiration Moment: When Mya was first introduced to us in 1998, she was signed to a major label and released some great albums. As mentioned, she is now on an independent label (Planet 9) still serving the mic and delivering good music while upholding her image. I admire the fact that she kept pushing. I have no idea why she is not with a major label, but it does not matter because now I’m sure she feels free from all the stress and pressure.
