The Purpose

As mentioned, there is a pay gap between men and women in the workplace. While there is awareness, there are no ongoing  solutions. After discovering this ongoing issue, Patrice created this movement to help women, like you and me, to effectively close this gap.

You will be taught how to discover and use your God-given talents to get paid what you deserve. Oh, believe me when I tell you, you do have a God-given talent.

As Patrice so eloquently put’s it, “it’s our birthright!”

How Does it Work?

Go to to the dedicated website and take the pledge.

All you do is enter your name and email and you’ll be sent daily emails for a period of 20 days giving you actionable principles on how to start your journey to earning more.

Each emailed principle includes detailed instructions on how to rock each task that’s assigned to you for that given principle.

You will learn something new everyday! It’s definitely a wake-up call. It’s NEVER too late to start.
